Our advanced battery manufacturing equipment is designed to ensure precision, efficiency, and superior quality throughout every stage of production. From automated cell feeding and intelligent inspection to high-precision laser welding, our technology delivers consistent performance and reliable battery assembly for modern energy solutions.
Automatic Feeder
Adopting the automatic feeding system for cell placement to improve the appearance and ear damage caused by excessive manual contact; Capacity (UPH): 1000-1200PCS/H.

1. Automatically leveling the battery ear, detecting the center distance and length, and automatically sorting the NG product equipment to pick up the isolation; 2. High product consistency; capacity (UPH): 1000- 1200PCS/H
Laser welding machine
1. The battery automatically turns on the turntable, manually puts the protection board, protects the board and the battery ear automatically laser welding, laser welding position accuracy: ± 0.02mm, laser welding positive and negative ear energy independently set, adjust and switch according to the welding standard. 2.
